What capacity horizontal dough mixer should I choose for my biscuit line?+
Match batch capacity to your line output and mixing cycle time. As a rule of thumb, a 250 kg mixer suits lines around 100–250 kg/h, while 400–600 kg mixers serve lines of 500 kg/h and above. Our engineers will calculate the correct size based on your target capacity, dough resting time and number of batches per hour.
Is the mixer suitable for both hard and soft biscuit dough?+
Yes. The dual-speed frequency-controlled drive handles stiff, low-moisture hard dough as well as high-fat, high-sugar soft dough.
What materials contact the dough, and how is hygiene ensured?+
All product-contact parts — barrel, shaft, paddles and discharge chute — are 304 stainless steel with polished, weld-free-contact surfaces and no dead corners, meeting food-grade hygiene requirements and enabling fast cleaning.
Can the mixer connect with my existing feeding and forming equipment?+
Yes. We design the discharge height, flipping direction and control signals to integrate with dough feeding hoppers, tilting machines, conveyors and sheeters from Wanttone or third parties. Feeding ports for flour, water, oil and additives can be customized.
What about spare parts and maintenance support?+
We supply a recommended spare-parts list with each machine and stock wear parts such as seals and paddles. Skilled technicians are regularly dispatched for overseas installation, maintenance guidance and operator training, with lifetime after-sales service.
