Production Goals
What Needs to Change?
More Output
Identify the section that limits production: forming, baking, cooling or packing. This gives the equipment review a specific starting point.
Less Manual Handling
Look at feeding, transfers, stacking or packing tasks where manual work interrupts flow or limits output.
A New Biscuit Type
Define the new product's shape, size, dough and baking requirements before reviewing the required process and equipment.
Project Brief
What to Share for an Initial Review

Current Line
An equipment list, layout and photos or a short video of the section you want to improve.
Production Figures
Actual output, target output, shift hours and the main causes of stoppage or product loss.
Product & Pack
Current and proposed products, sample images, dimensions and packaging format.
Factory & Schedule
Available floor space, electricity and fuel, budget range and any planned shutdown window.
Project Scope
Define the Scope Before Ordering Equipment.
Review & Planning
Wanttone combines biscuit machinery manufacturing with its own food-production experience. Its services include product and process analysis, capacity calculations, layout planning, equipment selection, installation, commissioning and operator training.
Integration & Commissioning
Establish which equipment can be retained, replaced or added, along with connection points, utilities and site work. Agree the supply responsibilities and the product, output and checks to be used during commissioning.
Questions & Answers
Before Your Next Step.
Can we retain equipment from another supplier?
Compatibility needs to be assessed from the equipment specifications, condition and interfaces. The review may identify a feasible connection, required modifications or a need to replace equipment.
How much additional output can we expect?
That depends on the limiting section, product, operating hours and equipment retained. The proposed capacity and its operating conditions need to be defined in the project specification.
How long will production need to stop?
The required stop depends on the agreed work, site readiness and installation sequence. Confirm the schedule and factory preparations once the integration scope is defined.
