Questions & Answers
Before Your Next Step.
Do we need to develop a custom recipe?
You can begin with existing products and their samples. If the brief calls for a different recipe or your own branded packaging, discuss that separately through the OEM service.
What minimum order quantity applies?
Minimum quantities depend on the product and packaging. The team can confirm them after reviewing your shortlist, planned quantities and delivery requirements.
What shelf life should we use for our listings?
Use the specification confirmed for the selected product and packaging. Check the storage instructions and any required remaining shelf life at delivery when planning the order.
