OEM Customization

Product & Packaging Options.

These are the main areas reviewed during OEM development. The final product and packaging specification is confirmed through sampling and written approval before mass production.

  1. Recipe Adjustment

Formula and filling options are reviewed against the product brief. Development support continues through feasibility review and production-line sampling.

  2. Shape & Embossing

Biscuit shapes, embossed patterns and logos can be developed with suitable molds or rotary rollers and confirmed through sampling.

  3. Size & Weight

Dimensions, piece weight and thickness are reviewed against the target product and confirmed through line trials and sample approval.

  4. Flavor

Biscuit flavor, filling, sweetness and salt level can be adjusted through sampling for the intended market.

  5. Packaging

Select from seven packaging formats. Materials and pack structure are reviewed against product protection, sales channel and destination conditions.

  6. Private Label

Wanttone provides the packaging dieline for customer artwork. Printing plates or cylinders are confirmed in the quotation.

  7. Packaging Languages

Multiple language versions can be produced from an approved packaging layout. Market-specific artwork and labeling requirements are reviewed before printing.

  8. Certification

Relevant ISO 22000, HACCP and food export hygiene documents can be reviewed. Destination-market requirements are assessed case by case.

Machinery and Food Production Are Handled Within the Same Company.

Wanttone has engineered biscuit machinery since 1981 and operates its own equipment in its food factory. When a product brief involves piece weight, thickness, embossing or moisture, the food production and machinery teams can review the process together.

The food plant operates three automatic biscuit lines, one puff-pastry line and one egg-yolk-pie line.
