Reference Scope / Capacity Target

500 kg/h Rotary-Moulded Line

A rotary-moulded line configuration for planning an expansion around a 500 kg/h target. Dough characteristics, product weight and baking requirements determine the final line specification.

A Connected Expansion Scope.

Plan the added line alongside the operations already running in your factory, including dough preparation, utilities and packing. Define where the new equipment starts and ends before selecting the configuration or agreeing product trial criteria.

Production Route

Five Stages from Dough to Packing.

Each transfer must preserve product consistency and maintain an orderly flow into the next operation.

Rotary moulder connected to a continuous biscuit production line
  1. Dough Preparation

Prepare consistent batches and coordinate discharge with the forming machine.

  2. Rotary Moulding

Coordinate dough feed, mould pattern and release around the required biscuit.

  3. Tunnel Baking

Set baking time, zone balance and belt speed for product requirements.

  4. Cooling

Plan cooling time and conveyor movement before counting or stacking.

  5. Packing Handover

Align cooled biscuits for counting, stacking and the agreed packing connection.

Engineering Focus

Two Priorities for a Stable Expansion.

Match Moulding to Baking.

Review dough feed, mould detail and product release together before setting oven conditions. Biscuit weight, shape and recipe determine the forming and baking relationship that the equipment must maintain.

  • Consistent dough feed and clean mould release
  • Baking time and zone balance matched to the biscuit

Balance Cooling and Packing.

Review the route after baking against the existing factory layout and packing capacity. Cooling, alignment and transfer need to keep pace with upstream production while protecting biscuits before counting and stacking.

  • Cooling time and conveyor travel
  • Transfer space and packing interfaces

Implementation & Inquiry

From Expansion Brief to Line Trials.

Agree site preparation, equipment interfaces and trial criteria alongside the existing production workflow.

Biscuit production machinery prepared for coordinated project delivery
  1. Review

Confirm the biscuit, required output, site conditions and existing downstream workflow.

  2. Configure

Develop forming, baking, cooling and transfer arrangements around the confirmed interfaces.

  3. Build and Verify

Manufacture and inspect equipment against the agreed line scope and operating requirements.

  4. Integrate and Hand Over

Coordinate installation, product trials and operator guidance within the existing factory.
